Please note that the hole for the axle locknut is conical with a diameter 14mm, whereas a similar Pilo D388 hanger has a cylindrical hole with a diameter 16mm.
Pilo D1277 is for direct mount frames only, for standard thru-axle mount - please look a Pilo D830 derailleur hanger.
Locknuts for M12x1 axle thread are Pilo S61 and Pilo S62, but please compare the drawings provided to choose a suitable one.
