How to make an order:

Remove the derailleur hanger from your bicycle frame or ask to do this at your local bicycle service.
Find derailleur hanger by bike brand, by number of fasteners, by step shape or axle type using our derailleur hanger finder filter system. More information you can find at derailleur hanger F.A.Q page
Compare visually with your broken hanger to identify which one is right .
If you are not sure, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or contact form sending us your broken hanger photos (from both sides).
Add derailleur hanger to cart and proceed to checkout. Please also check our other items on our eshop: Small parts (bolts, nuts and screws for derailleur hangers), Thru axles, Bearings & other bike maitenance products.

Shipping terms and conditions:

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible:

By POST services:

1-3 work days in Lithuania
1-4 weeks Worldwide.

By UPS:

1-5 work days Worldwide.

Returns/Exchanges:

If by mistake the part didn’t fit or there are other problems please contact us by e-mail info@elanusparts.com and describe problem in details (digital photos will be needed). We will provide exchange or return. Terms and conditions of return window from delivery date - 30 days, but you can contact us anytime. We are ready to help you in any situation.

Refunds terms and conditions:

We have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee policy with our terms and conditions of use. When we receive the returned part, we will credit your purchase price. Please describe reasons, why you are requesting a refund.

If not in Stock:

If we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible and ask you if you would like to:

Refund immediately;
Keep your purchase information, and complete the purchase when we get a part in stock (we will specify the time).

Also, we provide special parts orders, please write us. A special order terms is a request for us to acquire a derailleur hanger or parts that we do have in the assortment. We also provide aditional discounts for quantities over 100 units.
