1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website elanusparts.com and all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Selection and Compatibility
We specialize in technical bicycle components, including precision-fit parts and electronic systems. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring product compatibility before placing an order.
- Products must be selected based on specifications (e.g. voltage, type, dimensions)
- Manufacturer part number
- Visual comparison with the original component
In most cases, the part number is visible on the existing component and must match the ordered product. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for incompatibility if the correct specifications were clearly provided in the product listing.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock availability issues
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraud or misuse
Orders are processed only after payment is received.
4. Prices and Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR by default, but we also accept USD and GBP for certain countries.
- VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied according to European Union rules:
- For customers within the EU, VAT is applied based on your country's rate.
- For customers outside the EU, VAT is removed from the product price at checkout.
- Import duties, customs fees, or other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and parcel weight/size.
- We accept multiple payment methods including card payments, PayPal, and bank transfer (available in certain countries).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs procedures
- Force majeure events
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. The rules for promotions are as follows:
- Promotions and discounts cannot be applied multiple times.
- Discounts are not cumulative. For example, if a customer selects to buy 2 units of the same product, a 10% discount will be applied automatically. Any additional promotion (e.g., "First order 10% discount") will not apply to the same product.
- The promotion "Buy 2 get 10%" applies only to the same SKU quantities. For example, if a customer wants to buy 2 different SKUs, the promotion will not apply.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of suspected abuse or misuse of promotions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 180-day return policy and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us before sending the item back.
Due to the nature of our products, returns may be refused if:
- The product has been installed, used, or tested
- The product shows signs of wear or damage
- The product is not in its original packaging
- The return is based on compatibility issues
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in cases where the product has been used or cannot be returned in resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied, and our 100% satisfaction policy guides all returns and exchanges.
8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges at our discretion. Exchange conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in original condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse a refund
- Issue a partial refund if the product condition has diminished
10. Warranty
All products are covered by statutory warranty rights. The warranty does not cover:
