1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage and scripts. These technologies can remember your settings, keep the shopping cart working, measure how the website is used, display third-party content and measure advertising or affiliate activity.
2. How we obtain and manage consent
Necessary technologies are used because they are required to operate the shop, keep it secure, remember your privacy choices, maintain the cart and account session, and provide a payment service that you request. They cannot be disabled through our cookie preferences.
Analytics and Marketing technologies are optional. They remain disabled unless you make an affirmative choice, except for limited cookieless signals described in the Google Consent Mode section below. You can accept all optional technologies, reject them, or choose Analytics and Marketing separately.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal. When consent is withdrawn, the website updates the relevant consent signals, removes known first-party optional cookies where technically possible and reloads the page where necessary to stop optional integrations. Third-party cookies may also need to be removed through the relevant provider or your browser settings.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Necessary
These technologies are required for core website and checkout functionality, security, fraud prevention, protection of forms against spam and automated abuse, session management, the cart, account login, language or currency settings, privacy preferences and payment services requested by the customer. They are used without optional consent where permitted by law.
3.2 Analytics
With your consent, Analytics technologies help us understand visits, page use, device categories, approximate location, traffic sources and shop interactions. We use this information to improve the website and diagnose problems. The main analytics service is Google Analytics 4.
3.3 Marketing
With your consent, Marketing technologies may measure advertising and affiliate performance, support remarketing, display third-party review, map, video or certification-badge content and associate a purchase with a campaign or affiliate referral. This category includes Google advertising signals, Meta Pixel, OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and Conversions API, Avelon attribution, Google Merchant Reviews, Google Maps, the Trustpilot widget, embedded YouTube videos and the SecurityMetrics certification badge.
4. Cookies and technologies used
On smaller screens, swipe sideways to view all columns.
Cookie names may contain an account or measurement identifier. Providers may change their technology and cookie duration. We periodically review this table and update it when our implementation changes.
5. Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in Advanced Mode. Before you make a choice, and after a refusal, Analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. Google Analytics or advertising cookies must not be created in that state. However, the Google tag itself may load and send limited cookieless consent and measurement signals to Google, such as consent status, timestamp, page and device information. These signals do not use an Analytics or advertising cookie identifier. If you grant Analytics or Marketing consent, the corresponding storage signals are updated to granted.
Google reCAPTCHA used to protect the contact form is a separate Necessary security service and is not governed by the Analytics or Marketing Consent Mode settings.
6. OpenAI Ads measurement
The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel is not loaded until Marketing consent is granted. After consent, the Pixel may send contents_viewed, items_added, checkout_started and order_created events. It may store the OpenAI-provided __oppref attribution identifier and __obref browser reference as first-party cookies.
For a completed order, our server may also send the same order_created event to the OpenAI Ads Conversions API. The two copies use the same Pixel ID, event name and event identifier so that OpenAI can treat them as one conversion. Event information may include the page URL, timestamp, browser information, product identifiers and names, quantity, amount and currency. For conversion matching, the completed-order event may also include a SHA-256 hash of the normalised customer email address and available country, city, region and postal-code information. The raw email address is not sent through this integration.
If Marketing consent is refused, the OpenAI Pixel is not loaded and OpenAI Ads measurement events are not sent. If consent is withdrawn, future OpenAI measurement is disabled and the website attempts to remove the accessible __oppref first-party measurement cookie. Data already received by OpenAI before withdrawal may continue to be processed as described in OpenAI's privacy notice and subject to applicable law.
7. Third-party services
When a third-party service is activated, the provider may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited, timestamps and information about your interaction with its content. The provider may also read or set its own cookies according to its policies. Optional services are activated only after the relevant consent. Google reCAPTCHA is used separately as a Necessary contact-form security service.
YouTube and SecurityMetrics content is not requested from the provider until Marketing consent is granted; a local placeholder is shown instead.

8. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Browser controls are separate from our Cookie settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, account, checkout or payment functions from working correctly.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page. If a material change affects optional processing, we may increase the consent version and ask you to make a new choice.
